Ivy Croft is a working generational family farm (400 acres) that was established in 2014 in Forest, Virginia.  We are not Farmers/Cattleman by trade but have seen an interest in the lifestyle that we think would be beneficial not only for us but for our children as well. In a day and age where children are more inclined to sit inside and have screen time, we are looking to take ours back into the real world doing something. Kids should have the opportunity to play outside. Children for many generations have benefited from having a responsibility and Ivy Croft provides that every day. We as a family will all take part in some facet of the daily operation of our new farm life. 

        We acquired a small herd of Red & Black Angus, and Red Devon Cattle. Ivy Croft is a cow-calf operation that produces rotationally grazed grass-fed all-natural beef for our family and yours. The life that is offered on Farms cannot be underestimated. In today’s world, we are faced with a generational shift away from production and understanding of food sources. This has led to a very unhealthy approach to living and the diet consumed. There is a cultural and philosophical disconnect between people and the Earth which provides sustenance.
