         At IvyCroft all of our animals are raised humanely with the end goal in mind the entire time. They enjoy daily moves fresh pasture, Clean water, and a unique mix of local minerals to enhance their health and taste palette. We take particular care to be present in how our animals can be used to improve the local environment and its overall interaction with the James River Watershed. We use no antibiotics, Steroids, or growth hormones in our animal production. It is all-natural packed with vitamins and nutrients that traditional store-bought beef just doesn't have anymore.

All beef is frozen, cryovaced (vacuum sealed), and labeled with cut, date, and weight information.
